Senior Cords, Stoles and Senior Gift DRIVE THRU
- The School of Engineering will be hosting a drive thru pick-up service where students can pick up a graduation gift, honors cord (cgpa of 3.2+), and stoles for JJ Slade and EOF/EOP students.
- SoE held two pick-up dates (4/27 and 5/4) with over 400 in attendance.
- Buy an honors cord with regalia: For those who could not make it to campus, the orange honors cords can be purchased from the bookstore with other regalia at the student's discretion.
- Announcement in the virtual ceremony: The honors designations that are announced/displayed at the virtual ceremony do not include Spring grades (there is no time to confirm spring grades before the ceremony). Your diploma and transcript will have the final honors including spring grades. More Honors Information.

GRAD IMAGES (university’s graduation photography partner)Graduation portrait images are available by appointment only on Tuesday 4/27 from 10:00am - 3:00pm and Tuesday May 4 from 12:00pm - 5:00pm, no walk ins, please register HERE for your appointment. Note regalia is not available with GradImages portraits, if you wish to take your photo in your regalia you must bring your own, you may purchase regalia from Barnes and Noble University Bookstore in New Brunswick.Parking: Students coming to Busch for their portrait appointment should park in Lot 54 which is the lot closer to the Chemistry Building and walk to Weeks Hall.Location of Photo Shoot: Richard Weeks Hall of Engineering, 500 Bartholomew Road, Piscataway NJ 08854.
Please make sure to follow all social distance and mask guidelines. Masks are to be worn into the building for your appointment, you may remove your mask to take the photo, once photo shoot is over please put on your mask again.
LORS PHOTOGRAPHYThe Division of Student Affairs has partnered with Lors Photography for Senior Portraits. Lors Photography is offering Senior Portrait Sessions at three off-campus locations in New Jersey: New Brunswick, Mount Laurel, and Toms River. Undergraduate candidates were sent an email from Lors on Monday, January 18, 2021 with details and links to book portrait session. If an email was not received, please email email@example.com or call 908-964-3040. If session times are currently booked, please check back with Lors as additional sessions will likely be added.The Lors Photography website has a page dedicated to answering questions regarding Covid-19 protocol noting that regalia will be provided at the photo shoot and sanitized between uses.
