Celebrating Our Students

Engineers it's your time to shine and celebrate with your friends and family. The School of Engineering will be celebrating our graduates on Sunday, October 24, 2021 from 3-5 p.m. under a tent on The Lawn at Wood Lawn Mansions

  • Snoop Dogg Celebrates the Classes of 2020 and 2021 Snoop Dogg, with special guest Warren G, will perform an album release concert in honor of the Classes of 2020 and 2021, on Saturday, October 23, 2021. Priority registration for the Classes of 2020 and 2021 is available until October 11th. Follow the instructions here to claim your ticket.

Registration: Please register in order to attend, please go HERE to register. Registration is now CLOSED.

Bringing Guests: When you register to attend, you will be asked how many guests you expect to attend with you. We cannot guarantee how many guests you can bring until October 1st, 2021 and will contact you once we secure the number of returning graduates.

Parking/Maps: The Lawn at Wood Lawn Mansion.

Parking is outlined below. In addition, we recommend the following parking options highlighted in purple should they be available when you arrive, directions to parking lots:

  • Douglass Parking Deck
  • Lot 79A
  • Lot 76
  • Lot 97
  • Lot 98A
  • Lot 82 (Inn & Conference Center) - Handicap parking             
  • Woodlawn Carriage House Parking – Handicap parking

Access/Accommodation for those with special needs may drop off by the mansion and circle around the driveway back out to Ryders and park in the Handicap parking lots. Please let the parking staff know that you are not parking but dropping off.

Regalia: If you would like to wear regalia to this event, you may purchase your regalia from the Rutgers Bookstore. HOWEVER, The School of Engineering does not require that you attend in regalia but ask that you wear business attire to cross the stage.

Accessibility: If you are a graduate with an accessibility issue, please contact Kendra Cameron.

Graduation programs: 2020 and 2021

Covid Guidelines: Masks and social distancing will be adhered to and we will follow all CDC, N.J. State and Rutgers University COVID-19 guidelines during this event. (Please note: Even though a tent maybe considered outside, we are still requiring masks be worn under the tent).


  • We ask that you wear your masks at all times while seated and when crossing the stage.
  • There will be no hand shaking when crossing the stage.
  • You may remove your mask once you have crossed the stage for a photo opportunity and then remask going back to your seat.
